The procedure which allows assessing the available equipment and documentation at hazardous production facilities. Rubius LLP is authorized to conduct examination of the industrial safety at hazardous production facilities on the basis of the Industrial safety Certificate, issued by the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Industrial Safety Expertise is carried out for:
- technical devices;
- buildings and structures;
- design documentation;
- industrial safety declaration.
List of documents to be submitted (can be changed depending on the business sphere):
- operational documentation;
- certificates and declarations of conformity (including ISO 9001 and metrological certificates);
- brief technical description;
- general information and test reports from the manufacturer.
Upon expertise completion, a conclusion confirming the passed inspection for compliance to industrial safety requirements established in the Republic of Kazakhstan is prepared. Moreover, all inspected equipment can be used within next 5 years, or during specified service life.
Equipment operation at hazardous production facilities or design documentation without updated expertise, entails stopping the production of the enterprise and the penalties to its head.
